At Khalisland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product you received, we offer a 100% full refund, no questions asked. Here’s how it works:

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for you to send it back and offer a full refund, including shipping costs.

Changed Your Mind?

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase or simply didn’t like the product, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund once the item has been returned to us in its original condition.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Email us at info@khalisland.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back to us.
  3. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds:

  • All refunds will be issued to your Bank account.
  • Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
