Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for you to send it back and offer a full refund, including shipping costs.
Changed Your Mind?
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase or simply didn’t like the product, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund once the item has been returned to us in its original condition.
How to Return an Item:
- Email us at info@khalisland.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back to us.
- Once we receive the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds:
- All refunds will be issued to your Bank account.
- Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
